Certification Process:

When Dr. Charles Walker determines a patient qualifies for Medical Marijuana (MMJ) treatment, the patient receives a certification which is registered by the Department of Public Health (DPH). The patient then self-registers online with the DPH and the MMJ Program to have an MMJ card mailed to them by the DPH. 


Some of the most common qualifying conditions include:

Chronic Pain of all kinds, Anxiety, Insomnia, Migraine Headaches, Neuropathy, Anorexia, Weight Loss and many more.

Other more traditional diagnoses that qualify pts for medical marijuana are Glaucoma, Crohn's disease, MS, any type of Cancer, AIDS, HIV, Hepatitis C, Parkinson's disease and ALS.
